How does Travel Styling work?

   Questionnaire and travel needs assessment

   We begin with a detailed questionnaire that helps me get to know the circumstances of your trip and your style needs.

   Among other things, we'll talk through:

   • Where and when you're travelling.
   • How many days you'll spend at your destination.
   • What you're planning to do.
   • How you'd like to look.
   • Which pieces you enjoy wearing.
   • The size of your luggage.
   • Whether there's a special occasion you'd like a specific outfit for.

   This way, the planning doesn't start from a generic packing list – it's tailored to your trip.

2. 2

   20-minute online wardrobe consultation

   Once you've completed the preliminary questionnaire, we'll have a 20-minute online video consultation, held in front of your own wardrobe.

   During our conversation, we'll look through the possible pieces live, and I'll help you choose which ones to include in planning your travel wardrobe.

   We'll look at which types of tops, trousers, skirts, dresses, layering pieces and accessories you might need.

   Even at this stage, I take into account how well the clothes combine, the expected weather and your plans.

   By the end of the consultation, you'll know exactly which pieces I'd like photos of for the detailed planning.

   You don't have to decide in advance what to pack. I'll help you with that, too.

3. 3

   Guided photos and expert selection

   After the video consultation, based on what we've discussed, you'll photograph up to 25 pieces of clothing, following the instructions I send you.

   Shoes and bags don't count towards the 25-piece limit. You can send these separately, so I can plan complete looks.

   Based on the photos, I'll review the options individually and select around 10–12 pieces from which the most versatile travel wardrobe can be built.

   In the final selection, I consider each piece's cut, colours, practicality and layering potential, as well as how many different outfits can be created from them.

   So the clothes that end up in your suitcase aren't necessarily the ones you picked first, but the ones that work best together.

4. 4

   Your personalised travel capsule wardrobe

   From the selected pieces, I'll design a carefully considered mini wardrobe in which every piece works with the others.

   The aim is for you to wear each top, pair of trousers, skirt or layering piece in several different outfits.

   I also make sure the wardrobe suits your various plans, the expected temperatures and the capacity of your luggage.

   I won't just decide which clothes you should take – I'll also show you how to make the most of them.

5. 5

   Six to eight complete travel outfits

   From the final wardrobe, I'll create 6–8 complete outfits in the form of digital styling montages.

   Depending on the nature of your trip, these might include, for example:

   • Comfortable yet stylish outfits for travel days.
   • Outfits for sightseeing and day trips.
   • Beach or poolside looks.
   • Outfits for dinners and evenings out.
   • Looks for more elegant occasions.

   The visual plans show you exactly how to combine each piece of clothing with your shoes, bags and accessories.

   The montages are made from photos of your own clothes, so you can easily recognise and prepare each outfit.

   Your personal digital Travel Style Guide

   At the end of the process, you'll receive a clear, personalised digital guide.

   It includes:

   • Your final travel capsule wardrobe of around 10–12 pieces.
   • The 6–8 complete outfits, presented visually.
   • The shoes, bags and accessories to go with each outfit.
   • Styling suggestions for your different plans.
   • A personalised packing list.

   So before you leave, you'll see exactly what to get ready and pack.

   And while you're away, you can open your guide at any time and easily pick the right outfit for the day or the occasion.
