Have you ever wondered why you glow in certain colours, while other shades can make your face look tired?

Or whether your hair colour is truly the most flattering one for you?

In a Colour Identity personal colour consultation, we don't just discover which clothing colours suit you. We also find the hair colour directions and makeup shades that harmonise with your natural features.

We explore all of this in person, using colour drapes, so you can see the differences with your own eyes.

What happens during the consultation?

  1. An introduction to the world of colour

    I'll explain clearly the difference between cool and warm, bright and soft, and light and deep colours, and how they can affect the overall impression of your face.

  2. Personal colour draping

    We'll place different shades close to your face and observe together how your skin, your eyes and your whole appearance change.

    We'll identify your colour type and subtype, then select your most flattering colours and colour combinations.

  3. Defining your hair colour directions

    Based on your colour type, we'll look at which hair colour depths and shades could be harmonious for you.

    Using printed visual examples, I'll show you the possible directions, and if you wish, we can also try out certain changes with wigs.

  4. Personal lipstick trial

    We'll try out different colours with MAC lipstick shades, so you can see the effect each one has on your face.

    I'll note down the names of the shades that flatter you, so you can easily find them again later.

  5. Personal guidance and your materials

    We'll talk through how to apply what you've learned to your wardrobe, your makeup and your next choice of hair colour. I'll hand you the printed materials during the session, and send the digital resources and your personalised hair colour montage afterwards.

Good to know

The hair colour recommendation is aesthetic guidance based on colour harmony. The technical feasibility of your desired hair colour and the condition of your hair should be discussed with your hairdresser.

The service does not include a full makeup application, hair colouring, or a detailed body shape and cut analysis.

Your booking is confirmed once a 50% deposit has been paid. The remaining balance is payable before the consultation.
